I’m writing this to thank Jimmy for all his hard work and patients in finding us a home. I relocated from Fl. Where I had to sell my house and at the same time find a home here in Tn. I found Jimmy because he was listing a home I wanted to look at. After meeting him I was impressed with his knowledge of the area and with the fact that he wanted to know just what we wanted not just sell us a house. I was looking for something in the countryside where my wife is an all-city girl. My wife wanted to be close to neighbors where I wanted land and space roads had to be easy to drive no hills or bad curves, try finding that in east Tn. Jimmy showed me close to twenty homes he took time to learn just what I wanted as well as my wife and found us a home that took care of both of our needs. Jimmy never got frustrated with me and stayed on top of every new listing that came up. We had found a home a couple of times but the contract fell through on our house in Fl. And we had to start at square one again, but he would always just tell me not to worry we will get it done. I have owned a number of homes and worked with a number of real estate agents but none of them took the time and put such an effort forward as Jimmy did. I’m happy to say I’m in my new home and couldn’t be happier my wife got what she wanted as well as me and to please both of us was not easy. It was a challenge to make the closing dates work but he even went as far as to work on that end of it and push to make the dates work. Jimmy thank you so much for your dedication and for making us feel as if we were your only client, knowing we weren’t. I would highly recommend Jimmy if you need a real estate agent who wants to put you in the home of your dreams and not just a house.
